On 9-28-19 around 1600 hours, units from the VBFD, VBEMS and VBPD responded to a residential fire in the 1400 block of Falkirk Court located in the Salem Woods section of the City. The fire was under control within 10 minutes and was marked out at 1624 hours. One person was transported to an area hospital for smoke inhalation. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
