On 01-28-13, the VBFD responded to a call of a residential fire on Sherman Oaks Drive in the Salem Lakes area of the city. The fire started on the first floor and extended to the second floor through the chimney chase area. There were no Firefighter or civilian injuries reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
